Bye Bye Curls
As we all know, Aidan has pretty cool hair. He has these adorable curls… well he HAD adorable curls. He had his first official haircut on Saturday and those curls are all gone!!

Why did we do it? Well I got sick of dumb people calling him “princess”, or saying, “she’s so cute, how old is she”, blah freakin blah, etc. I mean I SO dress him like a boy, why would anyone dress a girl the way I dress Aidan? Hmmm, old snobby, rude lady from the haircut place on Saturday, if you read this, think on that, LOL 
Anyway, we went to this GREAT place called Cool Cuts 4 Kids in Brea. They have a few locations around OC & Riverside…they’re all over though. They have legos, toys, movies, video games, all kinds of stuff set up to make it fun/easy to take your kid (they even cut newborn’s hair) to get a haircut.
Kassy (who ROCKS) cut Aidan’s hair and did a great job. Aidan got to watch his FAVORITE movie (Monsters, Inc.) while he got his hair done. The salon chair was a fire truck (so cute) and he could ring the fire bell and have all sorts of fun. They also saved a lock of his hair (from the first snip) and took a photo of us and put it in a neat little card thing. It’s called the Memories Package or something like that. It’s not even $2 more than the normal cut.
Of course, even while he’s been getting a molar in this week and has been moody for us, Aidan was his usual calm and cooperative self in public. Does he have a social sense? hehe… I wonder.
