So I started my “new life” in bits and pieces over the weekend. I am cooking dinner regularly instead of eating out. I am doing my best to get rid of eating out for breakfast. I do pretty well at not eating out for lunch. My challenge for the week is to be organized enough to make sure I have everything I need for my day of food so I am not stuck eating out. For example, I couldn’t bring my planned lunch today because I forgot to re-freeze my ice blocks for the cooler pack. I also ran late and could not eat breakfast before I left. I started my daily walking yesterday. I may or may not skip walking on Sundays. I will either walk in my neighborhood, my friend’s neighborhood when she can join me, or at Disneyland if we go. My food log will have some things I wish I wasn’t eating… but I need to see it add up.
