And this time it was a good choice! I sort of had a school meltdown last night with other bits of crazy thrown in. So I went to bed very late, and woke up late, didn’t get to pack my lunch or eat breakfast. I was bummed I was going to eat breakfast out again. But then I remembered I had a yogurt in the fridge… so I thought… let’s give it a try. I just went to work and ate the yogurt. I am totally hungry now (it’s been over an hour since I ate it) and I will test my blood sugar (it’s probably fine or up) but I did it!

This doesn’t mean I won’t have a skinny latte… lol! But that’s no fat and 14 carbs and I can live with that ;)

I have to eat out for lunch; let’s see how I do there.
